This policy also highlights our methodology in tracking and compiling data pertaining to student complaints.

The Admissions and Management Department is entrusted with the responsibility of systematically managing and resolving student complaints.

Complaints may be lodged regarding:

  • The standard and quality of services we provide.
  • Any lapses in service delivery.
  • The quality of our educational resources.
  • Any instances of discriminatory behavior or inappropriate conduct by a student or staff member.
  • Failure by the institute to adhere to appropriate administrative procedures.
  • Dissatisfaction with the institute’s policies.
